REGISTRATION AND ADMISSION

1:- Application for registration will be available along with prospectus at the school office.
2:- There will be no written test for Play-Way & K.G. classes. but students must know his/her personal identity & K.G. classes students will have to face oral interview of basic knowledge.
3:- Children can be brought on and working day for the admission.
Oral & Test will be compulsory for class I to VIIIth.
4:- The school reserves the right of refusing admission, re- admission to any student without assigning any reason.

PROGRESSREPORT

1. Parents will be kept regularly informed of their ward's academic performance and participation in co-curricular activities.
2. Two terminal examination schedule will be conducted during anacademic year as per the new provisions of RTE-Act 2009 introduced by the C.B.S.E.
3. 1st Term (Half Yearly Exam) is scheduled inSeptember, and 2nd Term (Annual Exam)in March. Besides these, two periodic tests are held in an academic year.
4. Promotion will be granted toastudent on the basis of his/her whole year'soverall performance.
5. Parents must collect and sign in the Progress Report after the declaration of the results of each examination. They are alsorequested to ensure that their ward is prompt in studies and his/her result must be up-to-mark.

ATTENDANCE

1. 75% attendance is a must for the promotion to the higher class. It is compulsory for a student to attend the school on the first and the last day after summer vacation and puja vacation.
2. Application for leave must be submitted at least one day in advance. The application should be countersigned by the parents/authorized guardian. Repeated absence without proper application or unexplained leave for six consecutive days render tothe student liable to have his/her name struck offtherolls.
3. In case of sickness, a medical certificate from a registered medical practitioner to be submitted followed by a fitness certificate.

Fee Rules

1. Fee should be paid on or before the 10th of each month.
2. Afterthe 10th, fine of Rs. 10/-per day will becharged.
3. Holding fees in arrears after second month will not be accepted. Names of the defaulters will be struckoff the rolls after 15th in the second month.
4. Re-admission will beas per the school rules.
